Citizens who wish to request their National Identity Document for the first time or renew it must request by e-mail to a NID Issuance Team, after having filled in the PDF form and sent to them at contact.gov@kravinkis.com

If it is a First Registration, you can appear in the aforementioned Team with the corresponding documentation, accompanied by the person entrusted with parental authority or guardianship, or a person empowered by the latter if they are under 14 years of age or disabled.

People who, due to illness, dependency or disability, cannot go to an issuing Office, may obtain their ID from a family member or another person, who, in addition to the required documents, must present at the Office an application form completed by said person (family member, representative, etc.), a photograph of the holder of the document and an official medical certificate or a medical report proving the impossibility of travel. A mobile team will travel to the home, or health center where it is, to do so.

In certain municipalities without a Police Station, a Mobile Team usually goes to the Town Hall. Citizens residing in these localities and in other nearby ones, may obtain or renew the NID by providing the same documents as in the fixed computers. The Municipalities to which the Mobile Team travels will be informed, in due time, of the dates set for the visits so that, by them, they are disseminated to the citizens.
